  • Chicken
  • Oils and Butters
  • Seasonings
  • Garlic
  • Flour and Broths
  • Milk and Cheese
  • Pasta
  • Herbs and Extras

How To Make Chicken

  • Cut chicken breasts into cubes or chicken strips. In a bowl, mix together your chosen spices for the chicken. Toss them well with the seasoning mix.
  • Add olive oil in a pan. Place the chicken in a pan and cook for several minutes. Flip them once and continue cooking until they’re cooked through.
  • Allow the chicken to rest on a plate before combining with the Alfredo noodles.

  • Start by adding water to a pot and bringing it to a rolling boil with a pinch of salt. Drop the fettuccine in and gently stir the noodles to prevent them from sticking together.
  • Cook them until they are perfectly al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, spray some olive oil and set it over medium heat. Add butter and garlic, saute them for a minute before blending in flour to create a thick paste.
  • Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk, and let it thicken for several minutes.
  • Reduce the heat to low, stir in cottage cheese, salt, and pepper until the cheese has melted. Finally, toss the noodles in the bowl, adjust salt to taste, and add the prepared chicken. Sprinkle with parsley and parmesan cheese.

Tips: Use pasta water to thicken your sauce. The reason is that pasta water contains starch and using this will enhance taste too.

You can replace chicken broth with vegetable broth.

– Creamy Chicken and Gnocchi

– Lemon Chicken Gnocchi

– Chicken Alfredo Lasagna

Serve freshly made pasta with boiled chickpeas, roasted broccoli, and side salad for having low calorie lunch or dinner. If you like veggies, you can also add frozen peas, asparagus and charred green beans.
