I simmered a creamy cheesy sauce on the stovetop, enriched with vibrant buffalo sauce and a mixture of two cheeses. The outcome was an incredibly creamy, that perfectly captured the bold essence of buffalo flavors.

  • Chicken breast or Chicken thighs
  • Chicken broth
  • Penne pasta, bowtie pasta, or rotini
  • Cream cheese
  • Blue cheese or Ranch dressing
  • Butter
  • Petite diced tomatoes
  • Green onion (sliced)
  • Garlic powder, Onion powder and Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Begin by cutting the chicken into 1⁄2 inch pieces. Season chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Toss the chicken in the spices until it’s evenly coated.
  • Heat the butter in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and let it brown on all sides. The chicken doesn’t need to be fully cooked yet. Put chicken aside.
  • In a large skillet, put the cheese cubes, buffalo sauce, diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Stir it to get a creamy consistency. Add all spices such as black pepper powder, paprika, salt and garlic powder. Stir it to combine well.
  • Add the blue cheese and ranch dressing in the sauce to make it more creamy.
  • Boil pasta in a separate pan according to the instructions on the pack. When pasta is cooked, drain it.
  • Now, add the chicken pieces and boiled pasta in the sauce. Cover the lid and let it cook for 8-10 minutes on low heat until the chicken is simmered well in the sauce.
  • It’s time to eat yummiest pasta. Garnish it with diced green onion and serve immediately to have a wonderful dinner with family.
